Linda Ann Catucci is the Youth Art Instructor at The Atelier at Flowerfield in St. James, New York, where she leads the Youth Art & Art History Program for students ages 6–12. She is known for her warm, encouraging teaching style and her commitment to creating an inspiring, welcoming studio environment. Through hands‑on projects and thoughtfully designed lessons, Linda introduces young artists to influential artists, art movements, and foundational techniques while fostering confidence, focus, imagination, and creative independence.
Teaching young artists is one of Linda’s greatest passions. She often tells her students, “Some people only dream of meeting their favorite artists — I teach mine,” a sentiment that reflects her dedication to guiding the next generation of creators.
Alongside her teaching, Catucci is a devoted student of classical art. Since 2017, she has studied drawing and painting at The Atelier at Flowerfield under the mentorship of William Graf, whose instruction continues to shape her artistic practice.
Catucci is also the owner of Bad Hare Day Designs, her freelance art business specializing in custom pet portraits. Working in acrylic, oil, graphite, charcoal, and colored pencil, she is especially drawn to capturing the personality and spirit of animal subjects.
She is a member of the Smithtown Township Arts Council, the Long Island Museum, and the North Shore Art Guild, and is a lifetime member of The Atelier at Flowerfield.

Painting and drawing items that have meaning to me, like my teddy bear, my flute, favorite books, baseball items and animals inspire me, but the best feeling is when I finish a commission for a client and see the joy on their face when it’s delivered.
